- lak356ExplorerThe first thing I would do would inspect the unit if not sure how to do that hire somebody to do it for you I would much rather spend a couple hundred dollars then make a $25,000 mistake then if everything checks out okay you can negotiate the price.
- BumpyroadExplorerwell if it sold at 20% off, it would have been worth $37,600 out the door. losing another third would put it at about $25,000?? I would guess that the owner still owes $30,000 on it and will try to get that.
