I believe the only thing on your list that will raise it enough is to add rectangular tubing under the shackle mounts (ie sub frame). You have to be sure though that your trailer isn't too tall overall after they do that.
I take it you have already attached the trailer to the turck to get that 1"? If not your truck should squat at least a couple of inches when you place the load on it.
