I don't have any experience with the Rubicon. I'm not a fan of Dutchman products but that's me - opinion.
The published weights of trailers are going to be dry weights - no gear no fuel etc. The tongue weights on toy haulers are a lot heavier than the typical trailer. They are made tongue heavy when dry because when you add your "toys" a lot of that weight might be sitting on or behind the rear axle of the toy hauler. All that weight behind the rear axles will ease up on the tongue weight. Either way you are going to want to make sure
