I don't see anything you are doing wrong, exactly. But first, when your dealer completed the repairs, have you had a chance to use the rig and test the tanks? They might have found something, like a cut-out slug or whatever. Or maybe your valve blade was somehow not fully opening.
As far as what you are doing, you are rinsing way too much. Not needed, but I would not say it is wrong either. I very rarely rinse, and only do it when I have time to kill at a campsite. Never at drive through dump stations, which is our normal.
I also recommend you get a clear plastic elbow and use it as the first fitting on your drain port. That gives you a really good view of what is draining, how fast it is draining, and when it is done draining. On our rig for example, that 3" fitting will run pretty much full flow when I open the valve, then taper off. If it ever trickles instead of full flow, I would know I have an issue developing and maybe start looking for partial blockages.
