The first thing I would do, as suggested above, is check the battery voltage at the batteries.
If batteries indicate good voltage then I would remove the monitor panel and check if there is 12v power to the panel.
Don't know why you called Coach-Net, they're an emergency road service company.
Chances are you're panel does not have the 12v power connected. Loose wire a possible problem also.
