2015 Keystone Cougar 334RDB monitor panel problem

I had a somewhat similar problem where most of the lower panel buttons failed to work. The ultimate fix was to get the panel replaced under warranty but to get me through the day I was told to disconnect shore power, disconnect the battery, then reconnect the battery, then reconnect shore power. The panel would work again, usually until I disconnected the shore power again. Hope that helps.
