Don't know why you called Coach-Net, they're an emergency road service company.
Chances are you're panel does not have the 12v power connected. Loose wire a possible problem also.
Coachnet offers technical assistance according to the documentation I have. I will remove the panel and check. Battery voltage is fine, I am hooked to 30A power as well and there is nothing. Please note it is only the tank monitors and battery level portion of the panel not working.
