2015 Keystone Cougar 334RDB monitor panel problem

I am new to this and called coachnet but was no help. My monitor panel is working for everything except my level monitor for battery, fresh, black and gray tanks. When I push the button nothing happen...

I have a 2013 cougar it had the monitor panel and we had problems with it that we would have to reboot it allot of times because it would not respond. We brought it back to dealer and they replaced it with a panel with toggle switches and had no problem since.
