2015 Keystone Cougar 334RDB monitor panel problem

I am new to this and called coachnet but was no help. My monitor panel is working for everything except my level monitor for battery, fresh, black and gray tanks. When I push the button nothing happen...

When the sinks and showers don't drain the tank is full. Dump gray tanks. When you step on toilet lever and you can see last nights turd, the tank is full. Dump your black tank. Pretty easy. What's the problem?

Get gauges fixed when you return.
