We had to turn ours on inside the Water Heater on the Exterior after I took a Cold Shower. You also have to turn the switch on inside the RV. Our Thetford Toilet will not hold water either. Dealer has a new one ordered for us. We have a 2015 3611RL Montana with the Legacy Package
We also have the legacy. Yes, I have had the outside and inside switch on.. Tried to reset to no avail. What is it with thetford? Keystone shoul go with domestic...
