regarding the compare to solitude
we did a very heavy montana to solitude compare; those were the final two. my wife had a strong affinity to the montana; i liked the solitude 'a bit' more; to me the solitude felt like the windows were larger.
we didn't like giving up a slide out on the solitude (5 vs 6 in the montana); wife didn't like the sink in the island; didn't like the furniture layout in the living room in the solitude (wasn't a sectional; rather separate couches) and we felt that the appliances (stove/micro/fridge) in the montana were a step above the solitudes
end of the day; i think these are more 'opinions' then hard spec's; but for us we went with the montana
