My 2016 F350 was rated for towing a 15,700 lb 5th wheel which is very close to the weight of my trailer. It handled that weight extremely well. I'm sure the new diesel SRW Silverado would handle a 16000 lb 5ver even better....the '17 GMC 4x4 Crew Cab Duramax SRW regular box is rated for a 17,200 lb fifth wheel.
