- newman_fulltimeExplorer IIjust call me when the problems start that model has some good ones
- Second_ChanceExplorer IIA good GD dealer will sell at about 66% of the MSRP. Look at the sticker...
Rob - jims1ExplorerThat's high.
We were quoted $68500 on a '17 model with all options, tires, dual pane windows, 3rd ac, heat pump, genset, extra awnings, patio/deck set up, etc.
Try Camping World/Dixie RV in Hammond La. - MfanExplorerI don't know how much money you have to pend, but if you are happy with that price, buy it. If not, offer less. Price probably isn't carved in stone.
- CherokeeClimberExplorerThanks for the input on $ - we will be using the unit as a full time rig... thinking the same thing on price - would like to get it under $80K, using the local dealer.
- Old-BiscuitExplorer IIIMORE then I would ever pay for a 'toy'....... for me boats/trailers etc are luxury items---toys
If I was Full Time and a toyhauler fit in my needs......maybe as it would also be my 'home' where I laid my head each night
Hard to compare pricing. 2017's listed don't show pricing and 2016's are still being advertised at $80 plus
$83K is only 23% off MSRP
$75.5K is 30% off MSRP
Start negotiations at $73K and drag your feet going up in offers.
Don't get 'emotional' over deal.
Ask them if they are in the business of selling or collecting RVs
Tell them you are in a buying mood but within reason.
Do NOT be afraid to WALK.
They will call you if you do besides there are LOTS and LOTS of RVs for sale.
(This is the part about not getting emotional over a inanimate object)
But like I stated at beginning....way too much for a toy
