My son near Houston almost bought a 2013 OR TT until I found a leak in the bedroom with front wall damage. I then looked at same model at PPL with a leak in the same area. I also ran into a 2015 OR FW with the slide rotted out. I thought that the over all quality was probably similar to others but I'd look closely for potential water leak areas.
I'd think that the TT were leaking around the AC unit because everything on the roof looked good. The FW slide was probably wicking in water because of how they constructed it.
