The B&W RVK3600 is a fine hitch and fits right into your 5th wheel prep package.
When I got my 5er I had to trim costs a little. I went with the Curt Q20 Fifth Wheel Hitch. It uses the Ram pucks, the head tilts in all directions, and has a dual jaw latch. I've towed about 2000 miles with it and I'm very happy so far.
I would definitely encourage you to get an 8' bed. I had always had short bed trucks up until this one. I have found so much use and convenience from an 8' compared to a 6.5' bed. You can't go wrong with the full size bed.
