If the frame is still in good shape, any glass shop can either make it up or have it made by his supplier - and a lot less costly to you. One of the folks that had a similar 5er to our last one had an approximate 4x6 foot rear window made for his. It was in the range of 3-400 bucks, not the 1200 that a dealer/OEM quoted. While the glass tint color wasn't identical, it was close enough and stand alone in the rear so not noticeable. Even your OEM may not match the current glass color.
I did this with my large side window (double pane, outside pane shattered driving down the road). Make sure to use tempered glass for the replacement. The glass in RVs technically has DOT stamps/markings.
Some window companies won't do it because they can't provide the DOT stamp. Others will do the tempered glass for you (ignoring the DOT stamp issue). Others don't want to mess with an RV but some will.
The place that my RV dealer uses wouldn't do the same window setup -- I have one big window and a sliding window under it in the same hole. They would only replace the entire thing with one piece of glass and I would lose the sliding window. The other option was to order an entire new window with frame from the manufacturer.
The local company that replaced my window even let me park the RV in their fenced yard for 2 weeks while they waited for the glass.
Also, double pane tempered glass cutting and sizes is unique (somehow) as the pretty good sized company that did mine had to sub out some of the process. They had an employee that used to do RV repairs at another job so they were willing to do it.
