I wouldnt get two hung up on LT tire capacity rating vs ST. They are rated based on different standards and speed ratings. "Technically" the Duravis R250s I put on my trailer are lower weight rating than the ST tires that came off the trailer BUT one look/feel comparing the tires and sidewall construction side-by-side it becomes very obvious which tire I would put my faith in. No comparison... LT for the win!
Im referring to LT vs ST weight ratings. They are not based on comparable standards.
