There are many options out there, some good some not so good. Choices can be clouded by hype and other factors. I did my research and looked at the G614, the Duravis R250 and a few others. I looked at going the LT route but found that I couldn't get the loading headroom I need in any of the 16" sizes. After verifying I had 110psi wheels, I chose the Hartland ST Radial All Steel, 235/85-R16. G rated (4080lbs @110psi), M speed rated (81mph) from my local Discount Tire. With tire warranties, 7 tires set me back <$1700 total. The Cyclone 4200 that parks next to me has the G614 tires in the same size and I noticed that they are load rated quite a bit lower, 3750lbs @110psi. Specs on their construction seem very similar. Add in that Discount Tire replaced all 7 tires (6 loaded, 1 spare) in less than an hour, and I'm very happy.
Originally, I had some Towmax 235/80-R16 craptastic (OEM) tires, and I had a blowout during the hurricane evacuation in Oct. So those tires had to go, maybe had 2 or 3 thousand miles on them.
I have no problem throwing the Hartland All Steels into the mix of the other tires previously mentioned.
FYI, many tires are made in China, even really good ones, so you have to look a little farther into it before just discarding a model based on origin. Unfortunately, like all things, if something is bad, tell the world, if something is good, keep it to yourself.
