Check out this craigslist ad. He's had them on craigslist for a couple of months. If these rims fit your camper steel studs, I think this would be a home run for you.

Thanks for the link, I've inquired about their availability. Are these good wheels and tires? I definitely like the idea of moving up to 17.5" wheels.
They are H rated. The Sailuns and G614 GoodYears everyone is talking about here are G rated. If you loaded up your camper enough to overload those Westlakes, the camper would probably break before the tires did. They are super heavy duty.
Some here don't like the Westlakes E rated tires but I had a set and they were great. But going with an H rated tire is a whole different story. Its so much overkill, its ridiculous unless you found a great deal like this craigslist ad. They're strong as an ox.
Looked like a good buy but aren't Westlake tires in the same category as the towmax tires?? - tinner12002ExplorerMaxxis ST tires here on both RVs, 235/80/R16. Great tire. If I had 8lug on mine I would upgrade to 17.5 tires and wheels to give me some cushion in tire weight rating.

Choices can be clouded by hype and other factors. I did my research and looked at the G614, the Duravis R250 and a few others. I looked at going the LT route but found that I couldn't get the loading headroom I need in any of the 16" sizes. After verifying I had 110psi wheels, I chose the Hartland ST Radial All Steel, 235/85-R16. G rated (4080lbs @110psi), M speed rated (81mph) from my local Discount Tire. With tire warranties, 7 tires set me back <$1700 total. The Cyclone 4200 that parks next to me has the G614 tires in the same size and I noticed that they are load rated quite a bit lower, 3750lbs @110psi. Specs on their construction seem very similar. Add in that Discount Tire replaced all 7 tires (6 loaded, 1 spare) in less than an hour, and I'm very happy.
Originally, I had some Towmax 235/80-R16 craptastic (OEM) tires, and I had a blowout during the hurricane evacuation in Oct. So those tires had to go, maybe had 2 or 3 thousand miles on them.
I have no problem throwing the Hartland All Steels into the mix of the other tires previously mentioned.
FYI, many tires are made in China, even really good ones, so you have to look a little farther into it before just discarding a model based on origin. Unfortunately, like all things, if something is bad, tell the world, if something is good, keep it to yourself. - Robert6401Explorer

I hope you're not suggesting that one should ignore the weight rating. If you need 3200 lbs. of carrying capacity then you shouldn't be looking at an E-rated 16" LT tire. It's just that simple.
I wouldnt get two hung up on LT tire capacity rating vs ST. They are rated based on different standards and speed ratings. "Technically" the Duravis R250s I put on my trailer are lower weight rating than the ST tires that came off the trailer BUT one look/feel comparing the tires and sidewall construction side-by-side it becomes very obvious which tire I would put my faith in. No comparison... LT for the win!
Im referring to LT vs ST weight ratings. They are not based on comparable standards. - fj12ryderExplorer III

I have the Sailun's on our 5er and have had great service from them so far.
