donO128 needs to butt out. We bought a 2013 Forest River Flagstaff Ultra lite and it was in the shop (Tom Johnsons Marion, NC) from the 16th of July to the tenth of October for a nose cap replacement. After many tries I never could get anyone in charge at either place manufacturer or dealer to get anything done in an expedited manner. It spent more time in the shop than hooked to my Ram. No excuse and I will never buy nor recommend another Forest River product. JMHO Thanks for being so compassionate donO128.
