Not true. Rv's fall under the Magnusum Moss Warranty Act. It's a federal law that covers rv's in all 50 states and the attorneys fees are set by law and the manufactors has to pay them and there is no money paid up front to the attorneys. I know. Because I used this law to get rid of our junk redwood.

That is not "filing a lawsuit" then.
I didn't see anything in the act that says you don't have to pay an attorney anything upfront.
