I've had many 2wd trucks pulling TT and only had a couple of times when I needed 4wd, and once paid a tow driver. Last year we got a 3500 4wd and have used it three times already. It's nice to just turn a switch when you need it. Two of those times we were pulling our 5th wheel trailer. I'd rather pay myself than a tow truck company.
