In the Chevrolet 3500 series the 2wd and 4wd are the same height as far as the bed floor, passenger compartment, road clearance and all other measurements except overall height.
What may surprise you the overall height of the 4wd is .04 inches shorter than the 2wd. 4wd is 77.76 inches and the 2wd is 77.80 inches.
