A lot of the responses have repeated "you don't need 4WD to tow". Or, "if I need 4WD to go there, I won't be pulling my fiver".
All true enough, but it is amazing to me that so many people just use their truck to pull the fiver to the campground, and then apparently just sit there and don't explore the country. Isn't one reason for owning a trailer, having the option to unhitch and use your truck for sightseeing? Whatever works for ya'll, but if you don't get off the pavement and really do some exploring, you are missing so much of this beautiful country.
