I'm guessing you mean the tires are very close together. There are several causes:
> Spring issue Broken, bent, loose, worn shackles
> The pin that aligns the axle has sheared off. This pin is where the spring pack meets the axle.
> Bands inside the tire are broken and the middle of the tread is bulging. The tires should look flat across the tread, if there is a significant bulge in the center then the bands may be coming apart.
> Bent axle
