36-38' multi slide with separate garage. What to buy?

If you can park a 38', you can park a 42'. That amount of extra length is negligible once you get used to it, and only half that is in wheel-base, so in most camp spots, you'd only need 2 more feet since the back of trailer will most likely be hanging over the end of the pad.
