4 season info

I'm looking at a few older 5th wheels, and I'm having issues finding out the info I need. I need a 4 season, live in unit. We are planning to build a house and need something to live in in the interim. Can anyone give me a hand with these models. I tried to find a number for Excel/Peterson, no dice. Figured I try here to see what you guys know.
