The old quad cab 2500/3500 from Dodge is an extended cab. Now they only make crew cab and mega cab for their HD linup. They discontinued offering it the HD and it's currently only offered in the 1500 series Ram's. Yes the quad/extended is a a bit shorter inside and WB wise.
