We went from a 37' 5er to 41' TH and find We're not really doing anything differently. In fact we mistakenly drove it on a very twisty, tree-lined road that is loved by motorcycles and made it ok. (It was the US62 from Rogers, AR east to the US56; over the Ozarks.
