If you have the installed system you never have to worry about it. Just plug in and your good. Post, 30-50 amp dog bone, Surge Guard, 50 amp power cord to trailer.
You will find power limited while on the 30 amp supply. May have to put the hot water heater on gas and turn the AC off before running the microwave. We were on 30 amp last week and tripped the post breaker 2x. :( Need to watch you power consumption. The display on the Progressive Industry installed unit allows you to see how much your drawing. Don't know if the Surge Guard will show you amps being drawn. Just a thought.
