5er Noob Looking for a Hitch
Sold the truck camper and now looking at buying a 5er to tow with the truck in signature. We towed a TT with a Hensley hitch for 20+ years, I don't have any experience at all with 5ers or 5er hitches...

My 2 cents is get a 5'er hitch with a Holland Binkley head. They latch well and you can easily see that the hitch is secure/latched.
As an ex Hensley TT hitch user I chose to go the Hensley route again.
I have a Hensley BD3. Which is an air ride hitch with a Holland Binkley head.
My hitch will break down into 2 pieces for easy removal. However I never remove the hitch.
My current truck has factory pucks, my prior 2007 truck had rails. I used the same hitch in both trucks
I think the idea hitch removal is overated, I use my truck for construction work everyday and never remove the hitch. I understand some believe they need a clean bed just to haul a few sheets of plywood.
