G-614 tires were not made 14 years ago. G-159 was replaced with the G-614 tires around 2003 as I remember because we replaced our 159'safter they were 5 years old. Our alpenlite was built in Late March of 2001.

Did you misread that as G-614? I couldn't find where he said he had Goodyear G614 tires that were 14 years old.
