I spent 42+ yrs in law enforcement. Impossible to say. It's not an uncommon citation. About 2/3 of my career was in investigations either doing investigations or supervising investigative units. 10 yrs were in charge of a district covering 7 counties. Illegal combination was a common citation for Troops. Depending on the time of year a couple a week was very common. I couldn't tell you now how many were written statewide. Again, it's a common citation.
