5th Wheel bad landing gear

are you sure it did not break the shear pin

Stan new gears and a bearing cost less than $30.00 for ours about six years ago. Ours was not welded just a few bolts to remove.

there should be an access cover at the top of the landing gear. if it was welded shut, maybe find a way to cut it open. angle grinder with a cut off wheel perhaps. most likely a sheared pin. a few doller in parts compared to what it would cost to replace the whole leg
