Yep... this is a great option for what you are looking for. I'm in a similar boat and am wavering between a TT and 5th. I walked through one of these at a dealer and really liked it.
My best education on what's out there is to look over the manufacturer's websites under "floor plans". Then when you find something you like enter that model into Google with the words "for sale" after it and you'll get RV Trader or RVT results for individual dealers for pictures and prices.
