I am still wondering if the combo units commonly come with 5th wheels.
I've noticed "heat strips" can be added, but I haven't seen much about heat pumps specifically.

Looking at Camping World, there are several AC/HP units available, price range of $1K to $1300. You could swap the existing AC only for a combo unit, or if the 2nd AC position isn't used, just add it. It looks like they're all made to fit the standard 14x14 ceiling vent opening.
As you know, HPs are only good down to 35 degrees or so, but in Florida that might be all you need, most years anyway.
