5th wheel hitch lift

Not everyone has access to a hoist or cherry picker and any lifting equipment

Anyone with a 5th wheel already has a lfting devcice....the 5vr front landing gear

I pull the pins on hith bedrails...raise the front landing gear lifting the hitch up via king pin high enough to clear truck bed then drive out from underneath it.

Repeat in reverse and set hitch back down onto bedrails...

Hitch hangs from king pin w/o issue.

Not quite sure why my "NEXT" B&W will be lighter???

My current RVK3600 25k/6,500# pin weighs in at 229#. Base is 154# and head is 75#.

That Demco for $61 looks exactly like the one someone posted that they had made. I was lucky that the 3 pieces I used were in inventory. So time and welding were my cost

For those who aren't as handy they to make one for a reasonable cost
