With the square footage, the length will change with the number and size of the slides.
If you are looking for a particular size, it is best to check the specifications. There are lots of 5vers with numbers that would indicate them to be under 30 ft, but are actually all the way to 35 feet or larger.

Check the specs if you want a certain length or weight. There are some long trailers that are light and some short trailers that are heavy.
