I would go to owners groups website and ask a few questions. See how many people would or have purchased another of that make of RV. That was one of the deciding factors on my OR, lots of return customers and lots of GREAT customer service stories.
These things have grown so much over the last few years in both size and technology that it takes a few trips in most cases to work the bugs out. Every rig goes through a shakedown process so be ready to be patient
