We also bought a Grand Design. We bought ours used so we didn't get to enjoy the great customer service they tout. But they at least talked to us about some of the issues we had and "tried" but failed to be able to help because our rig was not even in factory warranty anymore. At least they offered to fix something even tho we were second owners. The leather furniture in the first few years of production had a flaw where they tear easy. Also there are some Lippert issues with using **** grease in the axles that is so thin it leaks into the wheel and brakes (easy fix by repacking bearings). For those that bought new are really pleased with the service and there is a Facebook page where you can directly talk to their service reps who seem to get right on it if you have an issue. Grand Design has since been bought by Winnebago. So far everything seems to be the same, but who knows what the future will bring?
