Yes... forgot to mention the turbulence moving stuff around... have a louvered v shaped tailgate. Nothing moves or blows out..

Custom Flow makes a locking 5er TG with filler for the V when not towing. I like mine as easier to hitch two less steps and less wind resistance due to the louvres allowing air to pass.

You can get a camera with the Husky 5th wheel tailgate which will plug into the OEM plug.

I have a fifth wheel tailgate, keep it on all the time. Love it.

Still got the stock gate. I have a hard lockable tonneau cover and keep some tools in the bed, towing or not. Plus not giving up the camera and tailgate step.

I have a V-gate and seldom use it unless I'm going on a long trip. A hassle to change from the OEM gate and it's =not= light. I also undo the cables and attach them to the V-gate, so I don't lose my step when necessary. Biggest upside is =much= less turbulence in the bed, though my new KZ seems to inherently produce less than my old Komfort. Next trip, though, I do plan on using the V-gate and see how it compares.

I like my v-gate, the trailer has a short pin box so coupling and uncoupling with the stock gate is a pita at best. I don't have a tonneau or camera so don't miss it.

I don't want one. I always get out and check my hitch after coupling then close my tailgate. I have a roll up cover and can lock my tailgate. Easy to secure items in the bed.

I love my V gate, even when I'm not towing. I like the convenience of throwing stuff through the opening at Home Depot, or wherever we are shopping. About the only time I swap in the OEM gate is if I have to park at the airport or some such not very safe place.

Of course, I don't have a fancy camera on my older truck. If I had one, I wouldn't want to give that up.
