Well, for Captain Bruno it's got everything to do with it..... He was using this system ( right or wrong ) and it caused him damage!
I've never used this system but what the poster earlier said makes since. You got it high enough to pull the handle and then maybe hit auto by accident and when u pulled your truck out it went on to level itself but not giving you time to pull all the way out. To bad at that time getting level didn't mean going up.
I've had the system on two rigs...I NEVER use the level up to take rig off truck. I use the landing gear button on the front of the fiver. After truck is pulled out...THEN you turn level up system on and level the unit....avoids accidentally hitting the wrong button like auto retract...which is what he probably did.
