I think you'll run into other issues. With that lift your drive shaft is at a pretty good angle which puts extra strain and wear on the U-Joints, now put lots of weight behind it and you've increased the strain on those U-Joints.
While the Truck looks really neat, not very pratical for towing a 5er.
