Yes, you only need to qualify with the requirements of the state you and your vehicle is licenced/registered in. Registrations and driver's licensing in one state has a reciprocal acceptance in all the USA's 50 states. If you move your residence to another state then you must abide by the registration and licensing requirements in your new state within the time period specified by your new state location.
Really, it's something to think very strongly about when deciding to move your residence. Some states have insane requirements and insurance rates along with high personal property taxes every year on both your vehicles and RV etc.
