Can't see them they are under the hitch. Just lay a straight edge across the bed perpendicular to the ribs and measure the space.
Here's what the plastic strips look like. If you still need the measurments I can get them for you tomorrow.
The ones for the original Companion base are just hard plastic strips with adhesive on one side to stick to the bottom of the base. The new Companion shown in your pic has the strips bolted and can be adjusted side to side.
