You couldn't be more wrong. I'm a Purchasing Manager for a manufacturing Company in the Midwest and, in the past 2 months, have done more rebalancing of the supply chain due to weather related logistics issues than I have in the past 10 years. Our on-time delivery of product to customers has been horrible since Jan 1.
To the OP - great you got a call., that's customer service at its best.
