Looking at the exterior picture, it looks like it may be more than 14 feet high, and possibly more than 8'6" wide. Also, as previously stated, there does not appear to be any clearance lights on the roof or sides. There is no rear picture, so there is no way to tell if there are any tail/stop/turn signals.
My guess is, not towable without some sort of special permit.
I know, it is a technicality, but it is a gooseneck trailer, not a fifth wheel.
