Since you're having fun with me... "all that" amounts to a lot of my own choice vice what I really needed. However, the ONLY things I did to my 2012 which impacted it's load tow/carry ability was add Load Lifter 5000 airbags ($279)and 285 size tires ($800). If you doubt the differences between a 2500 and 3500, go do the same thing I did when told they were near identical. Start checking part numbers for brakes, axles, hubs, etc... you'll find they are the same for the 2500 and 3500.
