AAA is NOT a national company, but 54 or more individual companies operating under the umbrella name of AAA. Each has its own rules and policies and not all will service an RV, so if you have problems in an area that is anti RV, you are on your own. Some will say they have an RV policy, but when you dig into the fine print, you will find out they have EXTREME limits on the service they will provide......AAA is NOT the RVers friend.
Your WA based AAA (actually any AAA) may *not* have national service.
Some parts of the USA simply have no AAA coverage.
Usually, trlr towing doesn't require digging into the fine print.
In CA, AAA offers various upgraded polices for extended mileage, towing RVs, etc. Towing an RV (trlr) is an "upgrade" - and more $$.
However - that doesn't mean it fills the holes in "no coverage" areas.
If you want inexpensive trailer towing, join the AMA (American Motorcyclist Assoc.) - free towing (any trailer) included in auto renewal membership.
Otherwise ERS such as - GS, Allstate, Coach Net, US Rider are options you should consider.
"JJBIRISH" is the forums expert on interpreting their contracts, LOL!
Always, if all else fails, be prepared to use the
BEST Motor Club, good everywhere - no contracts to read:
A CC or the Dead Presidents Motor Club - don't leave home without some..:W
