Where I work when we run towing tests we are considered commercial vehicles and must have a CDL, logbook, etc.
I have seen this with guys who fish professionally being stopped towing a boat with wrap. They were ticketed for not having the proper stickers/weight stickers on side of truck. Because they were considered "commercial" because of the wrap/advertising
